If you have already applied for the institutional fees and upkeep loan but you want to cancel all or one of the requests, be informed that you can’t do it by yourself on the portal as there’s no provision for that.
To cancel a loan request, simply raise a ticket on the portal to request cancellation from the support agents by following the simple instructions below.
How To Raise A Ticket?
Go to the drop-down bar and click on Contact Us. On the Contact Us page, you will see another drop-down bar. Select raise a ticket, enter the form there, and type your complaint in the comment section.
How Do You Know If Your Ticket Has Been Attended To?
To know if support agents have responded to your ticket, you will still go to the Contact Us page and click on “MY TICKET.” If it’s still showing “open,” it means it has not been attended to, but if it shows “close,” it means it has been attended to. From here, go back to your email or dashboard to confirm the resolution of your issue.
